Service After The Sale
Hydro Systems™, Inc., hereinafter referred to as Manufacturer, warrants the POLY LIFT® Boat Lift to be free from defect in materials and workmanship, during the following periods of time to the original purchaser from the date of original installation:
The warranty for blower motors, switches, and valves is for a period of two (2) years.
The warranty on the tanks shall be for the lifetime of the original purchaser or until the lift is sold, traded or transferred by the original purchaser to a subsequent owner, at which time the warranty on the tanks shall be automatically expired.
In all other respects the Manufacture warrants the POLY LIFT® Boat Lift to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from t he date of the original installation.
The Manufacturer's obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repair or replacement at its factory, of any part or parts which shall be returned to Manufacturer with transportation charges prepaid, and which manufacture's examination shall disclose to its satisfaction to have been defective.
This warranty shall not apply to any POLY LIFT® Boat Lift which shall have been repaired or altered outside of 
Manufacture's factory in any way so as, in company's sole judgment, to affect its operability to serviceability, nor which has been subjected to misuse, negligence or accident, nor to any POLY LIFT® Boat Lift which shall have been operated contrary to Manufacturer's instructions.
This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and of all other obligations and liabilities on the part of Manufacturer, and the manufacturer neither assumes nor authorizes any person, firm or company to assume for it, any other liability in connection with the Manufacture or sale of the POLY LIFT® Boat Lift.
In the event our POLY LIFT® Boat Lift fails, due to any defect in material or workmanship, please contact your nearest POLY LIFT® dealer or the Manufacturer directly with regard to the repair of your POLY LIFT® Boat Lift.
